PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what data the NORT.DESIGN website (nort.design) and the studio's Google API application collect and how they are used. NORT.DESIGN is an interior design and fit-out studio in Dubai, UAE. Contact: nort.dsgn@gmail.com, +971 54 720 6880.

Website

  • The site has no forms, accounts or payments. If you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we use what you send only to reply and to prepare a proposal for you.
  • Analytics. With your consent (the banner on your first visit), Google Analytics 4 measures visits: pages viewed, device type, approximate location. Without consent it works in Google Consent Mode without analytics or advertising cookies.
  • Advertising measurement. With your consent, the OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) pixel records visits that came from our ads. Without consent it sends no events.
  • Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage). To change it, clear the site data in your browser and choose again.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical request data (IP address, browser, time, page) for security. The logs are deleted after 14 days.

Google user data

The studio uses its own Google Cloud application with read-only access to the studio's own Google Drive, to read the studio's own files (spreadsheets and documents) for internal work. Copies are stored only on the studio's own computer. Files are processed with the help of an AI assistant (Anthropic Claude) under its commercial terms; they are not used for advertising and are not sold.

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time in your Google Account: Security, Third-party apps and services.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you: nort.dsgn@gmail.com. We update this page when our practices change; the date above shows the current version.

Сайт

  • На сайте нет форм, личных кабинетов и оплаты. Если вы пишете нам на почту или в WhatsApp, присланное используется только для ответа и подготовки предложения.
  • Аналитика. С вашего согласия (баннер при первом заходе) Google Analytics 4 считает посещения: просмотренные страницы, тип устройства, примерное местоположение. Без согласия работает в режиме Google Consent Mode, без cookie аналитики и рекламы.
  • Измерение рекламы. С вашего согласия пиксель OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) отмечает визиты, пришедшие с нашей рекламы. Без согласия он ничего не отправляет.
  • Ваш выбор хранится в браузере (localStorage). Чтобы изменить его, очистите данные сайта в браузере и выберите заново.
  • Журналы сервера. Хостинг записывает технические данные запросов (IP-адрес, браузер, время, страница) для безопасности. Журналы удаляются через 14 дней.

Данные Google

Студия использует собственное приложение Google Cloud с доступом только на чтение к своему Google Диску, чтобы читать свои файлы (таблицы и документы) для внутренней работы.
